I'm pretty sure China has similar traditional outfits (like the Kurta). I'm not Indian (I'm Bangladeshi). I also seem to have an attachment towards China (not sure why...surprisingly I was given a Chinese name at birth too...though my parents didnt know it was a Chinese name xD).
