@MultiJaysWorld Well its a two layer thing, the first being the street, grass and skyline, and the second being the moving clouds. First I draw the first layer in MSPaint (the simplest of all softwares) and paint the sky plain blue (for chroma key later). Then i animate the backround and publish both clips in Windows Movie Maker. Then both clips get imported into Movie Edit Pro 15, the sky gets chroma keyed out, and then they get layered onto each other. Probly not the simplest way but it works.
