well in many ways windwaker is better then twilight princess.

but when you think of it windwaker is just along fetch quest.

get the 3 pearls

revive the master sword

get the triforce shards.

thats all you do in windwaker (exept maybe getting master sword and killing ganon)

and with that in mind i would say twilight is better.
