  • that is cool

  • hi guys when I do the flip about 2 or 3 cards fall out, is there any way to stop this from happening?

  • @joeavees1 hi

  • Why are you wearing Panam Airlines t-shirt? Just noticed it.... lol.

  • @m4tpoons lol,,, i dont remember where i got it from,, just thought it was funny,, in little writing on the back of the neck it says ''chicken or fish?'' ..lol the option that used to be given when pre-booking flights,, :D

    scott

  • @profoundmagic hehehe :D

  • great move thanks for the tut

  • is this inspired by the k town double lift

  • @cardfreakable no , i havent heard of that,,, have you got a link?

    scott :D

  • no i domnt but search this and it should be the first video

    K-TOWN DOUBLE LIFT TUTORIAL

make sure its capitalas and watch all of it because he also includes a move called ktown flip which is identical to this

  • @cardfreakable i think his double lift might have been inspired by this flourish, as it is based on the k-town flip.. , it is even named after this flourish and he doesn't credit me ,,lol

  • @profoundmagic yeah btw i love this flourish

  • i got it 1st time

  • sweet dude

most people dont know but presentaion makes magic performances way better.

    five starts

  • i love these guys that dont go pro but have excellent sleight of hand

  • i can almost do yes

  • Thanks man this is really good and i almost got it the only problem is the flip but ill get it to work thanks for the tutorial.

    -caleb

  • yeah.. i can do this now.. thx scott

  • damn it. my hands are too small. i cant get my ring finger far enough after the cut.

  • damnit. my hands are too small i cant get my ring finger between the cards after the cut

  • thanks, this video helped a lot. also, cool ecko shirt.

  • wat card deck is that???

  • @WoundedArrow123 , the deck i use in the performance at the geginning are bicycle vintage seris new fan backs, the deck for the tutorial part is tally ho,,

    scott

  • hey, i can almost do the trick except i cant keep the packet together on the aerial.

    :(

  • @albie21895 ,,hey man,,,you have to spin the packet with sleight force ,,it is the enertia that holds them toghether.. :d

  • @profoundmagic aight thanks. that helped alot... and its spelled *inertia* haha thanks man ur like the best tut ive seen. i watch ur tut and they are soooo detailed.

  • Im starting to get the hang of it! The move is so awsome!!!Gr8 tutorial. Congratulations on the channel subscribers boom! They are growing with seconds :D. Congrats!!

  • Step 1: Got it!

Step 2: (the spin) Ok, got it.

Step 3: (The bend with the thumb) Ok, getting there!

Step 4: (the flip) *cards explode everywhere* ......sigh.....

  • Hey, got a quick question. Iv been into card tricks for a long time, and decided to give them a try myself. my question is, which tricks like this and others, how the hell do you keep the cards together? I understand it takes practice, but is there a trick to it? I always end up playing 20 card pickup.

  • @BLKHAL0 hey man,,for moves like this ,,and other aerial stuff with spins, it really is about technique,as you practice you will discover the correct way to do things, there is no advice other than give it a shot , :D

  • @profoundmagic Alright, Makes sense. Ill def' be practicing. Need to get a new deck though, The decks I have are real slick. Have you got a deck brand thats good for tricks? I hear the shadow mastery deck is really wicked for tricks.

  • @BLKHAL0.. a sleightly used or warn in deck is best for aerial moves,, i use mostly bicycle and tally ho brand decks,,, but it can be done with any deck really,,but brand new decks can be to slippy :d

  • @BLKHAL0 i've found aladdins to be best for aerials, i rarely ever have packets split in the air with them.

  • i like the ace at the end. you are an ace. awesome stuff

  • This is one Phat move!!! The extra applications ROCK. I can get it on the back of the hand with the left hand and now trying to master the crossover move which look well cool! :)

  • im glad you like it m8,, it is a very usefull tool, and it can be made to look much more impressive using stuff like the crossover.. if you like aerial stuff i would suggest taking a look at cowabunga,, that has a nice closer : D

  • That is one pimpin flip!! After a few weeks of practice I've nearly got it! (I've got stubby fingers so took alot of practice!) Thanks very much, great tutorial! Wots the song?

  • thanks man! ,,, i have small hands too,,, so things can take a while,, just keep at stuff and never give up : D

    the song is..

handsome boy modling school ft casual : its like that..

    scott

  • very, very nice tutorial, thanks :) this move is awesome!

  • thats a great tutorial, well done! i have been practicing this for 2 days straight and i have nailed it! thank you!

  • thanks m8,,,there is alot you can do with this move,, it is well worth having in your arsenal,,,

  • fucking very nice, gonna learn this

  • :D cheers

  • i cant throw my card with my ring and thumb fingers = \

  • lol i just saw this now xD

    very nice one man =)

  • cheers calven : D

  • AWESOME!

  • ooh..no... i dont like to bend my decks..only when they get old... = )

  • how big do you reccomend the packet that we flip be? half the deck? 1/3? 1/4?

  • thanks man!..

you definatly want to hold a bigger pack in your hand, and flip a smaller one, depending on which version of the flip is being done i would say 1/3 - 1/4 is perfect ,either will work fine, and will give you the most control .. = )

    peace!

  • BEAUTIFUL

    i love this!

  • You were right. I'm doing this all the time and have added it to several of my flourish routines.

    Thanks for the tutorial!

    Cheers

    John

  • what kind of cards are you using and where did you get them?

  • the first deck is bicycle vintage series, new fan backs...

and the second deck is tally ho..original fan backs..

( these are 2 different designs, both with the term 'fan' in them)

i got them from fullboatdealer...his store is found on ebay...

i would highly reccomend his store..

    peace!

  • no cards drop out?! awesome!

  • NIce Vid!

  • question: my packet seperates in the air : [ help! (btw its a fairly new bicycle deck so im pretty sure im not doing anything wrong)

  • thts the problem, newer bicycles seperate easier so try and use a used deck but not

    completely worn out

  • Been playing with this a lot more since Saturday man. Loving it a LOT. It feels great to get massive rotations. Very stylish.

It's an "Ohhhh yeah baby" sort of feeling when you bust a good one ;-)

    Peace

  • nice 1 man! ...im glad youve got the hang of it...

it can look quite impressive with multiple spins.... there are so many uses and variations possible for it...im sure you will think of some of your own aswell as using the variations shown...

    happy flippin dude!

    peace!

  • very nice you can use it in the brad burt 3 way cut. ive been doing this style of cut for my flourish rutine for years. learn this its amazing. if you cant get it at first do somthing you can untill you get that flick down. people love packets in the air.

  • Beastly cool.

  • That's awesome.

I've never seen that idea brought out of that packet rotation before, so I hope it's original! Love the advanced applications.

I got my first flip straight away, so I'm certainly going to be playing with this for a long time. Great idea, and well taught!
