hello the bike loses power at low RPM? I did not understand what I said at 0:54 minutes, I want a BF in my 955i, but does not want to lose power in no circumstances. what you see in terms of performance compared to the stock can? Thank you very much
@losteden I have not dynoed the bike so I don't know the actual numbers. I feel it gained more upper RPM power the midrange has not changed and the lower RPM is just slightly lower (hardly noticeable) The power gain has made it much more fun to ride indeed as well as the great sounding exhaust.
I don't know how it would do on the 955 engine but I would assume it would have similar results.
@britex3186 thanks for your help! I love the bike and what I like most is the torque at low RPM, a hill at any speed and it develops soon accelerate without having to get a lower gear. and did dyno test? not put K & N filter?to think he noticed the difference even more have to put the map (TORS) Like carbon? well are the ones that sound best, but they are weak, I'll opt for a stainless**
@britex3186 ** The BF is very beautiful, but the website and customer support are very weak, and the site also, very little information, I'm tired of sending emails and never respond, but the best for me are the MIVV has nothing for the 955, but for 1050 shows and has dyno graphs and everything! Slightly lower RPM where? 2000 TO 3000? But put a new map? or walking with this stock? thanks
Realy happy I found this vid - I want to get a Blue Flame for my Tiger SE but was not sure if it would fit with paniers! Did you notice any power difference? Stock ECU tune?
@markjrobbins It does fit well with stock panniers and centerstand. Be careful of stock Triumph clamps they are weak. I have noticed a slight gain in power AND economy. But best of all is the sound....soooo sweet. Good luck with it.
I've never heard of the Blueflame brand before. Looks like a quality product, and the bike sounds great! Those Triumph triples definitely have a unique exhaust note. It's hard to tell a big difference from the video, but I'm pretty sure that I'd be leaving the db killer in the spare parts bin!
I like louder bikes because it's easier for people in cars and trucks to hear you, that way they wont run you over by mistake. Also because louder sounds better. :)
Yep, sounds really nice. It is hard to tell from the vid but I hope it isn't 'too loud" without the db killer. I am honestly not fond of super loud bikes (just my preference). My hearing has already degraded enough by listening to Rock way too loud when i was younger. ;^)

@markjrobbins OH and I had the dealer load the TOR in the ECU. Really noticed upper rpm power with same great low end.

@dprider02 oh it's def in the bin...gotta keep it for quiet times tho. with Triumph being from the UK I looked at a few overseas makers of exhausts

I don't think it's too loud, especially when compared to some HD bikes and some sports bikes.
