  • How can every eye see him? Is he going to hover for 24hrs while the world turns underneath him?

The true rapture occurs when we leave these mortal bodies and enter the permanent life. See Mark 9:1 as to the timing of the coming of the kingdom.

  • @k0smon You are so very carnal!

Rev. 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

  • Certainly Matt 3:12 the metaphore, describes the angles are With him, confirmed in chpt 13 and 24 also to describe the one event. No doubt the Psalmists described in Ps 50:1-3 68:1-3 at the appearence of Yeshua this planet is done! 2 Peter 3:10 shows it too. So besides this, Act 1:11 shows that it never was nor will be a secret. Again Matt 24 says as lightning, loudly too. Again Matt 24 says After the great ribulation will he appear so nobody goes anywhere untill then, period!

  • Sadly your misktaken on some of your points

  • @montanasosa21 Your entitled to your opinion!

  • @Crossbearer83 i apologize i said that when i thought i heard you say that the saints would be involved in a silent rapture... although the 7 plagues are poured out while the saints are still on the earth because when you continue reading rev you find that the plagues make the unrighteious angry and blame it on the righteious for they are untouched by the plagues and the blame it on them.... other then that you seem to be correct. Blessings. Also i didn't understand what you were saying

  • @montanasosa21 The saints are raptured in Rev 14:14-16. Everyone one earth will see them go meet Jesus on the clouds. NO saint will still be on the earth during the 7 plagues, only the wicked. Jesus returns & destroys the wicked at the end of the 7 plagues & he then begins His 1000 year reign on the earth. The saints will be on the earth reigning with Christ during this 1000 year reign.

  • @montanasosa21 when you said that the unrighteious go to make war against god. Here is what i believe:

    1.Jesus Returns

    2. Righteous Meet Christ in the air

    3. The glory of God strikes the wicked down

    4. Satan is left to contimplate his war on God for thousand years

    5. Mean while we enjoy 1000 years in heaven etc

    6. Christ comes back the final time where everyone recieves there punishment, and the new jeruesalem is finally brought down to earth

  • @montanasosa21 In Rev 19 the wicked gather to fight against Jesus & are destroyed as he returns to begin his 1000 year reign in Jerusalem, on the earth. The saints will reign with Jesus on the earth (not heaven) for 1000 years. Satan is locked in a bottomless pit during the 1000 years. A remnant of the wicked will survive the glorious return of Christ & will father the generations whom the saints will rule over. See Rev chapters 19-20, Zech ch 14.

    God bless!

  • Mrshotgun My reply is slightly longer than these little posts allow. I tried to post more detail on your page but Youtube will not post it. If you wish to learn more, please go to my web site shown on my cover page and send me an email so I can respond.

I will save my message and send it to you then!

You can, in fact, review my entire teaching on the subject at my web site.

  • Mr. Crossbearer83 The Antichrist Can NOT come to power if the Holy Spirit is on earth, this itself is proof of the rapture. It might help you to see where this "idea" came from if you do some self study of Thessalonians, pray to God for understanding as you read.

  • bouk 1st of all, I believe in the rapture, howbeit after the trib!! Second of all, where do the scriptures declare that the Antichrist cannot come to power if the Holy Spirit is on the earth? Finally, I have studied Thess, & my web page covers 1 Thess. chapt 2. Verse 3 says that the rapture CANNOT occur until the Antichrist is revealed sitting in the temple. Verse 8 shows that the Antichrist will then be revealed to the heathen after the rapture! My web site covers more. Then you can email me!

  • bouk Correction..... 2 Thess chapter 2, not 1st Thess.

  • 2nd Thessalonians 2:7-9 state... "For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders. There you go, this is exactly where it says the Holy Spirit must leave the earth first.

  • 2 Thes. 2:1-3 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, [2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. [3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

The Antichrist is revealed before the rapture!

  • This would be talking about when he physicaly returns to earth to set up his kingdom. The anti Christ can not come to power until there is no one to stop him. The Holy Spirit must be off of the earth.

  • 2 Thes. 2:1-3 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him (THE RAPTURE)

If you research the history of the letter, the Thessalonian church had been told by others that the rapture had already taken place & they missed it. Paul encourages them & gives them comfort to know that it had not yet taken place & then he tells them what to look for when the rapture does occur!

  • Dr. John Gill (1690-1771)

    2Th 2:1

We beseech you - by the coming of our Lord - It is evident that the Thessalonians, incited by deceived or false teachers, had taken a wrong meaning out of the words of the first epistle, 1Th 4:15, etc., concerning the day of judgment; and were led then to conclude that that day was at hand; and this had produced great confusion in the Church: to correct this mistake, the apostle sent them this second letter,

    Cont.

  • in which he shows that this day must be necessarily distant, because a great work is to be done previously to its appearing.

  • Crossbearer---If Armageddon is the last and final battle and this is when the Lord appears to all the world and the Christians are then Raptured; how do you explain your others post's and video's under pre-trib rature deception that Christians will be rapture before God pours out his bowls of wrath which is clearly before the battle of Armageddon?

  • Mrshot, Jesus will be seen more than once! At the rapture, before Armageddon and again when he comes to destroy the wicked at Armageddon.

    What is your conflict?

  • Rev. 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him,

  • There is no word for rapture in the Scriptures. Christ came back in 70 AD when the Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed thus ushering out the old covenant and bringing in the new. We are not going to suddenly poof out of here. Could you imagine the chaos and deaths on an LA Freeway at rush hour if it happened then? God is more responsible than that. The Kingdom of Heaven is not pie in the sky by and by, it is within you right now. We can only see it if we see things from God's rather than our eyes.

  • The words "caught up" in Latin is Rapture!

Nevertheless, we will be "caught up" to meet Jesus in the air!

1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up (rapture) together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Furthermore, the scriptures declare that anyone who denies that Jesus is returning in the flesh, is an antichrist! 2 Jhn 1:7 and that when He returns, every eye will see him. Mat 24:30, Rev 1:7

  • Nicely made video! Good of you to give an alter call, not forgetting that non-believers watch too. God bless.

  • arovir, I favor your video posted on mine. I received an e-mail that you posted it, and my settings are set to allow anyone to post videos on this page. However, it has not shown up on the page. Any thoughts why?

    God bless!

  • I found out now that YT only allows a video response with only one other video at a time. Having responded to someone after you it got removed from you. Maybe I can try will a similar video of mine!

  • What do you think about 1 The 5:2 when he comes like a theif in the night. That is a good reason to believe it will be unknown

  • 1 Thes. 5:4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

  • The rapture is an absolute lie.

  • ccastro, the rapture is only a lie, if you deny the scriptures!

1 Thes. 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up (Latin - Rapture) together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

  • I enjoyed the scriptures you quoted.

Jesus will come in the same manner He departed.....invisibly in a cloud, becoming visible for all to see, rapturing the saints and finally returning to the mount as in Zech 14.

    Blessings

    Bro Ken

  • Angels don't resurrect people when they gather them for judgment.

When the angels are sent forth to gather the elect at the second coming (Matt. 24:29-31), some have wrongly interpreted this as the rapture. There is one huge problem with this interpretation. If we are resurrected at this time, why would we need angels to gather us? In the resurrection, we will be like the angels (Matt. 22:30), able to travel in the air at will.

  • Obviously, these people who are gathered are not resurrected, therefore it can't be the rapture. No one would claim the wicked are raptured at this time, yet Matthew 13:39-41, 49 says the angels will not only gather the elect, but also the wicked. This gathering is not a resurrection.

  • In Matthew 24:30, the angels are gathering the elect from one end of Heaven to the other and not on Earth. The Rapture had already occurred!

  • Have you never read the exact same scripture repeated in Mark?

Mark 13:27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

    Notice the word EARTH!

  • Raptureortrib

Mark 13 indicates the gathering of the souls of the saints in heaven, as well as the living saints on the earth. Both the rapture of the living, and the resurrection of the dead.

Your argument that the angels cannot be involved is baseless! No scripture denies the angels have a part in the rapture!

Mark 13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

  • Mat13 Tares look like wheat. The tares are the counterfeit Christians and pastors in the church. They will be judged and removed first, the saints will then be resurrected, the judgment of the wicked takes place after another 1,000 years. Rev. 20

1 Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

You may want to review Mat 13 a little more closely!

  • You are the weakest link. ROFLMAO

  • how about Rev 11

    love from peter
