@NightHigher That medal only can be achived thru Christmas event ( which is around december). You can't obtain this medal anymore. Therefore, there is NO such medal on newbie but old players have it. Secondly, she doesn't has any "shit" gears like what you have said. Can't you see she is holding a red glowing weapon which is +12 above? and FYI, the cat face can be disable when you are using the Focus .Esc > Option > Misc > Tick the View Helm . Does this make sense to you now? Think b4 u speak.
