@TheDinof Yes, if you are feeling heat on someone else this means that there is an excess of Yang Qi in the area. Too much Yang can have symptoms sometimes. For example the area may be painful to the touch or hurt to move it.

i'm new to this...i tried this on my younger brother which made me really tired, even though he said he didn't feel it work. When i woke up the next day, my body felt sore... is this common if you're just a beginner?

It can be. But, it is more of an indication. Your person Qi of the body must be weak. Simply practice the builds for a week or two, without healing/working on anyone. Then you can start working on people. That should do the trick for you.

Im pretty new to Qi but have been doing some beginner excersises. Since the palms are a big part of it could you tell me, if Im missing some of the lines on my right palm (The ratio line or head line, and the line of fate) could that affect anything like gathering or emmiting Qi?

No, you are just fine.

I can feel the pulling, but I don't know how to feel the resistance part. Is there any more hints you can give for someone to be able to feel and diagnose excess qi?

Also, these are great videos. I didn't realize how much of this we use instinctively, like my father had a knee accident that bent his knees all the way back. Whenever he walks he does secret sword mudra into his knees, I just realized that a couple days ago. Also, a lot of my heart pains were self inflicted.

Thanks for the great comment. Also, yes there is a way to feel excessive qi. The skin will be very warm or even hot to the touch. Think about an infection, it looks red and it feels exceesively warm or hot to the touch. That would be a similar example.

umm i got a question or something to say. when i do the fire ball do you HAVE to feel it really really hot? im saying this because when i do this its hot alright but not just really hot.

No, that is just fine. In fact it is very good. But, the more you practice the stronger the sensations will get. Keep up the good work!

i see... by thinking that it's my own seperate qi, i'm putting a barrier between "me" and "them". i need to succumb to the single universal conciousness; just like reiki...

so, then, would fasting help me as a conductor?

Yes, but of course do not go over board. Fasting is good because it cleanses and purges. But, you need to keep all your nutrients up if you are going to do healing on a regular basis. One of my teacher taught me about a special qi gong fasting diet. When you want to fast, eat one bowel of this paste a day. Cook rice and put in a bowel then add a banana and honey and mash them together. This will help cleanse and purge while keeping your qi strong and invigorated. And it is pretty good too.

As far as things that will help you be a better conductor are you familiar with "Ground Qi"?

this is where i lack. i've been (diligently) doing the builds and postures for 2 weeks, and i think i have a pretty good qi; i always feel powerful magnetism, moderate heat, and a vibration that's almost crystalline.

-yet, when i emit, i almost never get any kind of physical effect in the receiver.

what is needed for this??

a specific frame of mind...?

or could it be that my power is still inadequate to project?

Your qi is stong enough to project/heal. Healing and projecting are easy. You just must be relaxed and patient. You cannot "force" healing. Remeber "YOU CAN NEVER HEAL SOMEONE BY YOURSELF". But you can "assist" God in the healing of someone else. You see it is not "MY" qi or "YOUR" qi. We are simply barrowing it from God. "I have never healed anyone in my entire life". But, through the power of God I have healed over 10,000 people.

If you are getting that kind of effect/power when you practice by yourself. But, you are not getting the ablity to heal someone else. There can be a few reasons for this. Reason 1. Do not "expect" things to happen. You must be a "conductor" of qi not a "generator" qi. Becoming a generator of qi uses up your qi rather than "allowing" things to happen naturally.

Reason 2. Is the person you are working on "openned" to be healed? Many times I work on people and they try to resist being healed. Even though they came to me to get healed. If that is the case you must help them realize that they are blocking their own healing. And then make sure they are ready to give up their sickness. These are a couple of basic reasons why healing does not occur.

But, something tell me your problem is you are just trying to hard. If you can "Burn a Fireball" like you say, and I sure you can. You have the power. Now just have to use it. One last thing. Many people will tell you that "only" "certain" "gifted" people can heal and they were "born" with this "ability". I'm telling you at birth God gave us all the same gifts! You just haven't opened all of your presents yet. Anyway, I hope this helps you. Keep the "Faith" because it's a present too.
