Fallout 3 is set in an alternative reality where a war destroyed the world in the 40s or 50s and so there have been no advances in music etc as people have been trying to survive and rebuild society. SO! there is a running theme of the late 40s/early 50s. you can listen to music on your wrist computer, and this song is one of them!! I meant to say "ukulele" before btw too sorry lol. THANKS!
