@Pnksunflrws4ever Progesterone cream is one of the natural therapies suggested to help with luteal phase defect. But knowing what is the cause is good though. If you have low LH then progesterone cream is not going to help you ovulate. I just wrote an article about this on my website. Check it out for more details.
for how long does the cream last if you use it during your pregnancy 1 pump in the morning and 1 in the evening everyday? does it last for 1 month? 2 months?
@kluft1988 It would depend on how much is being used a day. During pregnancy the amount increases weekly/monthly. Emerita is better to use during pregnancy once the doctor approves it since it contains only progesterone and no herbs. The amount of progesterone per teaspoon is stated on the tube. It is best to get a couple bottles at a time so you do not run out. But make sure to check with your doctor first.
I found this very helpful. Thank you

whats the ovulating time?
monsurulhoque 10 months ago
@monsurulhoque It is when you are ovulating. You can determine this if you are fertility charting or using OPK tests.
