Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister got ripped Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.
the secret of have ripped abs is just two things: eat well i mean proteins like mead,eggs(dont do like in the film rocky cuz its a lie and bad for ur body)eat fruit vegetables,drink water,etc( in general eat WELL) and do exercicies like crunches,etc do 12 to 15 rep i n3 series and breath well and rest between each serie and to burn fat just run ;) and in 2 weeks-1 month u will see the results ;) TRUST ME
dont eat this shits like whay proteins u dont need that to be ripped ;)
@blinkzh it will give u results but thats not nearly enough for a six pack. and if you already have a six pack doing that won't improve it, it might even get worse because you arent working it hard enough
@vickidickishmicki with this protein suplements ur abs looks like plastic and fake, and if u abuse a lot of this u will have health problems. the reason of using natural proteins is cuz isn't bad for ur body unless u abuse of it. abuse of everything is bad so...

I did weights for 4 months and got 7 kilos with abs ! eating 5 fruits a day day after day and drinking 0.5 L of milk and no proteins or shit !

@21centimetres I never said you can't have an 8 pack. I said you can't have a ten pack. There are 3 horizontal tendons, and that results in 4 rows. There is another tendon that is vertical. If you count that, then there are 4. It's like if you cut something in half. You only cut it once, but you have two pieces. If you cut something 4 times, you'll have 5 pieces.
lol ok 1 year i got 6 pack abs 13 years old- 14 years old, and their not the skinny cuts. all i did was basketball, swimteem, and a lot of working out at the gym and i got it, Pretty damn close to a 8 pack (swimteem helps the most, swimming hard works every single muscle in your body as long as you switch strokes)
I dont kno if its really genetical, since all muscle can be gain n lost but last year i had no abs i think i barely had a 2 pack but i worked extremely hard like almost passing out hard, makin my own workouts, n i got a 6 packs in 3 hrs. nobody believed me until i showed them. I trained 6 days a week for 2 n 1/2 hrs n now i have a 10 pack which took me a full year but what i think helped a lot was the trainin equipment i bought from MIR which was a 120 lbs vest, 36 lbs belt n a 45 lbs shorts
To let you guys know something, it is possible to get ten pack abs. You have to work hard as hell for them though. I looked it up on google and saw some pics of a guy with like ten or twelev, but lets call it ten. Then I saw this human muscles body picture and it showed ten abdominals.

Ive had abs for a while now...... my best advice to you all is to go to the gym. seriously, its way faster than this shit.
True that this video gives you a free oppurtunity, but how long do you want to wait for your goal?
Gym= a few weeks for good sculpture, just ask ppl around the gym that know what their doing, it works.

dude, thing is the number of "Abs" you ahve is purely genetic. some people have only six and others have 8 or 10 (ten is very rare)
