I dont get a lot of C-5's where i live (Davis-Monthan AFB) but i love when they do come in and fly right over head. To make up for it, i just park at the end of the runway and watch the A-10's flyover head.

Music to my ears. My dad and I used to drive out to the end of the runway at Travis AFB all the time just to hear those C-5s! Great video!

I am pleased to be 'like' number 20 for this vid...awesome! The sound rocks. Today I was fortunate to be buzzed by a C-5 departing Stratton Air National Guard Base (Schenectady County Airport, NY) while flying over the Thruway and boy did it make my day! Thanks for the video.

Yea too bad that.. That wonderful sound will be going away soon when they start upgrading all the C-5's to C-5M Super Galaxys.... :-(
