Also, I think there was a treaty between the U.S.S.R. and the U.S. that included a ban on anti ballistic missile defense systems.

Hope you don't mind, but I recorded the EAS warning part of this and changed the title card for the NBC station and the news cast. I made a duplicate to this, but on DVD, I showed it to my brother and his drunk friends. I played the DVD at the right time, and when the warning sound went off, they rushed in. God it was hilarious when it said missiles were launched. Thank you for making this, I don't think I ever laughed so hard at my bro and his friends freaking the fuck out.

@CarbonRoc I didn't know that the EAS used the NOAA voice, although it makes sense to use a digital voice.  I'mfamiliar with "Tom" and the predecessor "Craig" and contemporary "Donna". I also remember "Paul", the original digital voice which still does the call letters and time.

Does EAS also use "Javier" for Spanish stations, as they do for NOAA stations in Albuqueurque and El Paso?
