Also Cammy has a MAJOR advantage over Chun Li, Li jumps really high so it gives her a lot of air priority, but Cammy's MK in the air is amazing against any Chun Li user who jumps a lot.

Has the exact same amount of frames in the original. They couldn't mess with the frames or her moves would be "slower" than other fireballs.

They can't because it would interfere with the frames of the attacks. I think the game looks fine to be honest.

I haven't seen a single good Cammy player. She has a move (spinning knuckle) that moves forward AND dodges projectiles. Yet everyone I have seen just blocks it or gets hit -_-

People might still be used to classic Cammy, whose knuckle is more difficult to perform and which is invulnerable only in its jab (weak punch) form. (Those two factors make the risk vs. reward pretty weak, which is why people generally prefer to block it or jump over it.)
