Good to see you back! This Scientology thing is going TOO far. Something needs to be done about them. Youtube is cancelling accounts critical of Scientology, and for weeks now their advertisements have been ALL over the site. It's outrageous.

Tory. i am absolutely appalled by this ban. as a subscriber to Mark's excellent video work here on YouTube, I find this latest attack on his site to be both shameful and disgraceful, as indeed was the ban on your own account just recently. And i agree with you: this type of action will not work. Indeed, it will only make people even more determined to protect their rights to freedom of expression.

everytime I think about the Co$ trying to take Tory and Mark down I laugh because it probably took them since the February protest to amass enough fake email accounts to spam Youtube with enough reports of copyright infringement that they would take Tory and Mark's accounts down.
and Anonymous has the numbers and the "power" to undo this in a matter of days.

Youtube should be careful. Their bannings will impact their market share. The entire site is based around viral ideas and memes. How long before people decide to go somewhere else? I don't think google would be happy to see their audience go to the competition. Youtube and Scamatology are creating their own bad press.

Mark Bunker's suspension History:
1. XenuTV used a clip from Colbert Report
2. XenuTV was taken down for copyright violation
3. XenuTV1 was born
4. XenuTV1 ran legit for many months.
5. XenuTV1 is taken down.
Apparently, This is because opening another account is a violation of TOS. The only was to fix it is to get Colbert Report and Viacom to forgive the first infraction.

There are a few other actions that may prove beneficial. If WBM's account is not re-activated soon, maybe it would be a good idea to accumulate a list of all the companies that advertise here on youtube and write to those companies explaining to them what exactly their advertisment dollars are supporting. Also, it should be made known to all these businesses that, as long as youtube continues to cator to scientology, none of us will support their businesses. Use youtube ads as a blacklist..

They tried to quash the Tom Cruise video...it became the hottest topic of the internet and was parodied in a major motion picture, a late night talk show, and became one of the hottest viral videos of early 2008. It also resulted in over 9000 people world wide protesting simultaneously once a month.
