  • Roger Federer!!!

  • South African accent...

  • i need help on HOW to lose the bodyfat, im 16Y/o and i had 13% bodyfat and 4 weeks later i did another test and i got 16%.

I worked out every other day and i ate like i usually do. Is there a certain kind of work out to make your body fat drop( cardio, crunches, etc)?

  • Your accent is unique to me, most important, it's commendable that you share your knowledge and that you mean well for most of us porkers.. Best wishes :-)

  • @GuyJon57 Thank you :)

  • like everytime you did a gr8 video with gr8 explanation and advice how to ... before some time i followed one of your videos that was combining the whole body muscle groups ... and i get effect rly quickly ... and i asked you how to replace the meat which i don't eat in my menu ... you gave me gr8 advice and i see the effects of that... i want to give you my thanks and keep up with your gr8 work :) !!!!!

  • Man i need help you can see my middle and lower abs perfect but i just can't get my upper abs it seems impossible. Do you have any tips? :/

  • @moricestreet9092 Try and use some weighted upper ab exercises and eat right to help build up your abs.

  • Yet another great video, keep it up !

  • @Holstdag Thanks :)

  • what other languanges do you speak? interesting accent...

  • @GuyJon57 I am south-African, but have spend time all over the world :)

  • @GuyJon57 If i were to guess, i would say non other than English. From his accent, I think he is from South Africa where they speak predominantly English although there is a possibility that he also speaks Afrikaans which is the second most spoke language in SA.

  • how in ANY way was that formula complicated? YOU SCARED ME!

  • @novaboi24 lol :)

  • @LiLMko Thanks!

  • I have a problem, after eating a satisfied amount of food,my waist gets 30-30.5 inches when before eating anything my waist is 29 inches,Your

Body Fat Calculator shows that i have 9% body fat when i have a 29 inches, but it shows 12% fat when i am full, which means at that time i have 30-30.5 inches of waist, should i eat less or something?

And I can see some of my abs when I am standing but when i sit, those belly fat come towards :(,I think my skin is really fat, cause i can feel that by touching.

  • @fahimmuchi The best time to do you calculations is first thing in the morning. If you eat, train etc many things can change.

  • @moricestreet909 okay, thanks :D,I will do that from now on,and within 2-3 weeks i hope i can get my body fat % down to 7%.

  • I am approx. 188cm tall and 15 years old. I am skinny but on my stomach I have a little (NOT MUCH!) "fat". I train 24 / 7 but I dont train abs... Will this work for me? My weight is 63-65 kg.

  • @K1rkHammet Will what work for you?

  • @moricestreet909 If I can get six pack with just doing the 6minutes a day exercises. I play on a football /soccer team and we had our practise at monday, tuesday, wednesday and game on thursdays. Each lasted 2 hours + with my friends I played 5-8 hours in the weekends. So I don't think I have to jog or anything to get the fat down, but will the exercises work for me as well?

  • can i get that abs by working at home or..? should i follow your videos for work out at home? :)

  • @mikistcro Ofcourse you can!

  • Is the amount of body fat lost per week calculated in lbs or kgs???

  • @DriigoHBS Body fat % has nothing to do with Kg or lbs. 1% of 1kg or 2.2. lbs is the same thing.

  • thanks peter!i have now something like a 4pack but now i will soon (i hope) a 6pack!!lets train!!

  • @TheAmartolosnekrosGR Good luck!

  • How can I get extremely dedicated like you ???

  • @Inspiration525 I am not always that dedicated but I knew I had to do something or my whole life would go to waste. So just set a goal that is so important to you that you won't want to fail!

  • I didn't understand, how does it now help me to lose fat ?

  • @Inspiration525 You can now set a realistic goal. Then use our other workouts to actually lose fat!

  • @moricestreet909 Hi I just want to be fit & healthy & eat energizing meals... I really tries to build up a good diet plan that would fit my goal. Im still tryin/expriment w/ it a little while, thanks for the comment !

  • meh I gave up like half a year ago but I still go to the gym and still perform TKD so now I have like a 4 pack xD ..

I am 1.76m and my weight is around 63kg so yeah..

  • you are so right,i was not overweight, but not ripped i was just a normal guy,it took me 3 months to get a decent six pack with your 6 minutes a day work out.so thanks for your help
