@streach no they arnt locked but the guy that does mine undose them everytime he retwit them

@moneyman22tv he shouldnt wash it after the first time u get it done u have to wait at least 3 mths befor u can really wash it....he has to dry wash it for 3 myths so therefore it will lock up by then..otherwise he shouldn't be untwisting them everytime orelae they won't ever lock
