They were a good live band. Posterity hasn't been to kind to the early-'80s Synth-Pop scene, but songs like this blunt the edge of that criticism. This is one of my most favorite songs ever, from start to finish just perfect. The synth solo at the end is one of the greatest fades in Pop music.

Best Synth pop/Electronic band ever!...but four of them, with Alan Wilder,

Nowdays they are still the best but they don't play too much live now in their keyboards, there are a lot of automatic sequences or complex spunds by one single key.

Anyway, they are the best.

Dave's voice was incredible, strong and powerful in this performance even the fact that they were so young!, ...Alan simply AWESOME!

What agreat upload, "Måndagsbörsen" was basically the best (and perhaps the only) television show where Swedish people at the time could watch the latest and coolest band of the early 80s like Depeche Mode and the Jam. The production and the hosts were however a bit tacky.
