It looks to me from the angle of the photo that there is the "wing" on the side of the face that only the males have. I guess my eyes aren't as sharp as they used to be.
@rmsmith2004 I think Tua does have a somewhat wider face than most female orangutans seem to have. Also, she doesn't turn her head enough to really see her face well. So I don't think it is that your eyes aren't as sharp as they used to be. Thanks for being observant and questioning, though. Please always let me know if you notice something you think isn't correct in any of my video descriptions. I will always double-check and make corrections where necessary.
