To be the President of the USA, the Constitution of the USA indicates that he must be "a natural born citizen". To be a natural born citizen, he MUST meet 2 conditions:

1) he must be born in the USA. Obama NEVER showed a LONG FORM birth certificate!

2) he must be born of two American parents! Obama's father was NEVER an American!

BOTH conditions are required!

Hence, Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and is NOT eligible to be President of the USA!

The problem with the info you provided is that you're using definitions for particular words and tieing them together to define "natural born Citizen" when the Framer of the 14th Amendment, John Bingham, has already given a definition for it. Bingham lived in the time of the Constitution's authoring and had his hand in helping to mold it. No one ever argued his definition for "natural born Citizen" so that is what the definition is then.

You're obviously far behind on this issue. A handful of attorneys have tried to get the Supreme Court to hear it, but walla Supreme Court justices thought it wasn't important enough. Plus, according to Law, to have standing the Attorney General must file the case in Washington DC. Even after many people sent certified letters to Holder at the time, it never went anywhere.
