  • anyone know a good routine for increasing your bench? i know that people at my high school became extremely strtongin a short period of time using techniques and benching principles; everything from partial reps; stes of 3; maxing out; holding a ridiculous amt of weight with spotters just to get used to heavier weight. pleae let me know. thanks!

  • I have benched with 2ply rage x too but I havent got used to the fact that shirt ends on the middle of delts, I simply can't bench like that it just ruins my movement, havent you got same problems in beginning?

  • I have really never had a problem with that. You can pull the shirt up more to cover the Delts or even go with a closed back.

  • It is a Double Ply Rage X size 50. Grid Stich, Regular neck, 1 1/2" taken off the arms and open back.
