Mr. McCarron, the charismatic leader of The International Brotherhood of Carpenters, was a working man and is for the working man. Under his tutelage, he has remained a man of his word. With foresight and dogged determination, Mr. McCarron has shepherded one of the largest and most influential Unions in our nation. I look forward to his continued leadership, because he is THE MAN with a plan.
SEIU in NH at least 560 did support Edwards inword only. As a temporary worker, my rights have been taken away and the Union did nothing. We need strong leadership and motivated leadership. 560 looks the other way.
This must stop. Where are the Union supporters when retirement benefits have been taken away at Dartmouth?
McCarron is all about himself..google his involvement in the insider trading scandal.
I haven't worked (union) in six months, bills all overdue, and can't even get a loan on my annuity to prevent me from becoming freaking homeless. I"m taking a non-union supers job next week....screw it.
And the organizers are recruiting the illegals????
Next meeting, I'm cutting my card in half, and walking out.
After that, everything I can do against the un-American union, I will do.
First Doug McCarron backs Bush, now Edwards. Anymore "Evil-Doers"? Carpenters membership going downhill but funds climbing sharply up. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to spell out G R E E D!
I'm a daughter of a retired carpenter and proud of the union's endorsement. Our nation needs unions as well as John's vision and commitment. The weekend was brought to you by unions--along with living wages and job safety and security.

Douglas J. McCarron has stolen the rights of union carpenters and is bent toward supporting the bosses and his own pocket

Does this change the fact that this country needs government-funded health care?
