i agree with freeflowjoe. the people who landed on their toes and used their hands were the most quiet. the control with the knee bend was good on the last one, bu going on toes seems to work better most of the time
Drilling basic stealth landings and movements is something I also do with much enjoyment and regularity. Too bad we don't know a place with a special floor like you have.
Silent landings and rolls can also be simply traind on sheets of newspaper so that it crackles when you don't land quiet enough.
