after playing few of these missions i found out that a syringe doesn't count as a weapon when a guard i wander why?

Guard: "Hold up, got to search you"

Agent 47: "Sure"

(Guard Searches him)

Guard: "Whats the syringe for?"

Agent 47: er er Heroin use?
