Yes Sharma ji, some interval pieces may create this misunderstanding, but the song has been played on keyboard. As you are well aware, keyboards can produce all kinds of sounds and voices, but banjo has only one typical sound of its own strings. Thanks Sharma ji for your interest.

Thanks creditwheredue. It is interesting what you have noted. In fact the tempo or speed of the audio has to be accurately and exactly matched with the speed of the video to an imperceptible accuracy of microseconds otherwise "perfect synchronization", as you have called it will not be possible to achieve, and video will extend/prolong beyond the audio. However, the dynamic rhythm of a modern keyboard with several instruments playing together gives the psychological feeling of a faster tempo.
