  • Okay, Basia could, and seriously should, pump some life + popularity back into Bossa Nova. it's an under explored genre and now that Astrud's gone....

  • We, Esperanto-speakers, appreciate Basia's mention that "one created Esperanto" at the 38th second, referring to L.L.Zamenhof, born in Bialystok and a resident of Warsaw as an adult some hundred years ago.

  • Basia is the best!!!! What a great song... with a worldwide message

  • Będąc dzieckiem słyszałem tą piosenkę w radio a potem szukałem kolejne kilkanaście lat dopóki nie zdobyłem internetu i nie spradziwłem archiwum radia RMF FM. Super !!! Ta melodia z refrenu chodziła za mną ładnych kilka lat

  • @tomaszkajor

I would love to read your comments, do you know someone who could translate into english and repost?

Basia is my all time favorite female singer, I will never forget the time I got to see her in concert in Birmingham England back in the eighties!!

  • @7TAROMA, "when I was a kid back in 1992, I heard this song in the radio. Then I was lookin' for it for years cause I didn't know the artist. When I had The Internet in 2008 I chcecked the archives of Polish radio station- RMF FM and found the song there. The melody from the ref has been spinnin' on my mind for years."

  • It's not awful :(

  • Thank you for sharing this global love anthem. We should dance to this song in the streets and squares of the world!
