@bigbfoot1 PRE BUD/s yes. You can either do it durring DEP but only at certain recrutting stations that offer it. Or do it after Basic. Pre BUD/s is basicly SEAL indoc. If you wouldn't do it 9out of 10 ppl would quit day 1 week 1 in Coranado.

@blzeye87 Even if this wasn't mandatory I would still do it. I don't know if you know the answer to these questions but I am going to ask anyway. I am about to be DEP into the Navy with a Seal Challenge Contract, how can I do this while I am in DEP. Also I hear while in Boot Camp, if you have Special Warfare job, they make you do a strength and conditioning program similar to this, is this true?

@bigbfoot1 As far as pre BUD/s to prior entry ask your recruiter if there are any courses near you. I maybe able to let you know depending what stae you are in. As far as strength training in basic this is true. But you have to be contract SEAL to be in the program. Hope this helped.
