How to Use Mouthwash Correctly and MOST Effectively

One question' does any one know if we need to rinse our mouth with water after using mouthwash？thanks

@shibirui11 NO. If you were to rinse your mouth with water after using mouthwash, it would make no sense... Because mouthwash sort of 'sticks' to your teeth, which is good. You're supposed to leave your mouth liquid free and food free for approx 10-30 minutes after using mouth wash. Hope this helps.

@LyriccaManiacc You just spit 3 or 4 times with force into the sink. If you have one, use a dry tongue scraper:)

mouthwash is for killing germs to harden ur enamal so u dont get cavaties!! and nobody i know has bad breathe or wake up with it!! yucky!! brush 3 times a day and floss 2 times and mouth wash 2 times
