Hope you learned your lesson-- Ebay=buyer beware. Why on earth would you pay that kind of money for something you didn't check out for yourself?

and explain to other purchasers to beware of him and file a complaint to have him removed from ebay permantly they will look it over and see what action should be taken but more than likly ur not going to get ur money back every time u buy off of ebay u are taking a risk unless u look over ur item but that is not always possible

i'm not defending him or any thing but u won't get ur money back he said it ran and purred like a kitten he did'nt lie it ran when they off loaded it there for item sold as is will be what ebay will tell u and that it is ur fault for not inspecting it before perchasing sorry for ur bad luck man it has happened to me before on a vehicle i bought and that is what ebay told me i also paid for a item and had it shipped never received it and they would not refund my money either just leave - feedback

What are you going to do? I'd keep it but definitely get money back to fix the engine, cylinder, and tire.
