This is excepted listening behavior because I have a very diversified taste in music which means I like old bands such as Zeppelin and Metallica and new bands such as Arcade Fire and Silversun Pickups. I can't say that Silversun Pickups is my favorite band of all time because they can't even compare to a band like Zeppelin. So I have many "favorite bands" that I can listen to when it fits the mood I'm in.

@krophiquon No, the song title is reference to "The Royal We," which is a grammatical rule. Basically, a king/queen before 1790 or so would refer to his/her actions not as "mine," but as "ours." S/he would preface all declarations with, "We" instead of "I." The "We" implies, "God and I" and sorta cements the idea that a monarch has Divine Right to rule a kingdom -- that a monarch's legitimacy is from God and all other opinions don't matter.

I think that means it's about a couple breaking up and one half is feeling really bitter about it, but that's just me :P
