@douglas12386 I doubt Bream would have the capacity to play such a technically demanding piece, especially in the right hand. Bream is undoubtedly a phenomenal player, but his right hand technique often failed him because of his awkward position similar to Segovia's. These flaws in technique can be seen in some pieces Bream has performed that contain fast arpeggios and left hand movements.
@theviciousguitar I'm talking about musical intelligence, not technique. Bream's technique isn't a patch on most of the modern crop of classical guitarists but his feeling for phrasing, dynamics and colour are second to none. For me, Kulikova is the young guitarist who comes closest to challenging Bream's supremacy in this field. And, of course, she's got a phenominal technique. She's an absolutely outstanding musician.
I don't get the negative comments. This is outstanding playing. It's very musical, and not overly technical by any stretch. If you can't handle watching players who are better than you then there is plenty of garbage on youtube to watch.
thats the first realistic comment ive seen in regard to this hunk of shit.this is the class of guitarist that wins competitions these days.doomed the art is.said yoda
Looks like, as Miashred, zamba00mamba (with that name, he indeed knows all there is to know on music, right?) never heard the slow parts, the way irina controls not only the hardest passages of this monster of a piece (which he will of course never play) but also the velocities of the vibrattos, taking time with amazing musicianship. Get a life dude... u sure u are not blind/deaf?
She's my guitar teacher! :D
