1. The story goes around in a full circle, but leads no where.

2. Clive Owen is not used to his full action potential.

3. Anyone could have played Naomi Watts role in the film. Her acting price tag was pointless.

4. Did I mention the story line sucks? Well, it does! They don't even develop the characters enough for the viewer to invest any emotion in them one way or another
