I loved the books, and the movie, I thought, was pretty well done despite some faults. But the game was, for lack of a better way to describe it, sub-par. I mean yeah, it was fun to hack up the soldiers and Durza with a big sword and burn people alive with magic. But after three or four times through the game it lost some of its fun.

Problems with the movie. Saphira grew in 10 secs No Orik No Jeod Daret was not a coastel city Dwarfs were very very tall Durza flies on shadows? Brom's epic death was reduced.... No Teirm No RAZAC I MEAN HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE THE RAZAC List goes on and on.

I personally didn't like the books, mainly due to the ideas Paolini takes from other authors especially Robert Jordon's "Wheel of Time" series.

A lot of Paolini's names seem to be modifications of Jordan's: Thirteen Forsaken (Jordan): Thirteen Foresworn, Fade: Shade, Port City of Tear: Port City of Tierm, The Spine of the World Mountains: The Spine Mountains, Illian: Illium (well, this is the Hellenic name for Troy). Paolini's map even looks somewhat similar to Jordan's.

PSP version was better then the PS1 vesion of erogon. This version just looks dumb, i was flying as a dragon the whole time on the PSP version for lvl 1-4, then started moving on to dragon riding & so on. It was quite the game, although tornoments were not so satisfying w/o some1 to play w/(seeing as it wasn't as popular as the movie).
