my best time is 22.75 but I know it can be done faster. Fr some reason, I always get faster times in the bad future than the good future. don't know why, just the way it is.
Yeah, i've also had this big sound problem with the Fusion Emulator (only with Sega CD) on my pc! :( I just figured out that u either need to rename the mp3's from the ISO folder correctly, or there might be even problems with the sound drivers for some reason (which happened to me)! Anyways, I hope you can fix this problem though :)

But, how do you get sound with the Fusion Emulator on Sonic CD? I always seem to have a problem with that.

No,you need the REAL iso to do it.
Rip the ISO,and then it should have the soundtrack.
