i was talking to one of the staff working at bot-con and he said they might do it again in pasadena because of the huge response they got, the guy also told me that the reason why they did it this year in pasadena was because the movie studios being so close and due to the movie aswell, hope this helps :)

I think all of them look great. One thing on the "concept human transformers" comments- Just because you don't like them doesn't mean they might not have put much effort into it!!! Yeah, so the actual character costumes are better. But you don't get as much creativity. The girls who are dressed up more simply are thinking on a different track!! And have you heard of HOLOGRAMS???? Transformers use them (Look at G1 Hound, Movie Blackout, Starscream, and Barricade) I liked all of those people.
