ahhhhh thats my little sister in the pink dress and my dad in the organge shirt.... i was standing right in front of them... hahah she still does those dance moves to this day!
It was HOT out there, but they did provide us with water, and gave us a few breaks between learning another part of the dance.
Given the make up of the crowd, I am certain that Michael Jackson couldn't have been given a better "send off."
EVERYTHING that he has tried to get the world to embrace was present at this tribute last night and my heart is glad that I took the time to give something back to him.
R.I.P. MiJac - The world doesn't realize what she has lost!
I was able to enjoy this special moment last night, and I have to say that my respect for Michael Jackson and his profound precision has been boosted through the stratosphere.
I was there at 5:00 PM, and around the 5:45 time frame people started appearing from everywhere!
There were people there in work clothes, business suits, street gear, young, old, Black, White, Japanese, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Hispanic, tall, short, thin, large, etc.
