I noticed the last poster is not really an original japanese. It says "The good, the bad, and the ugly" but it's in strange grammar (I'm japanese.) Cool video anyways!
It's amazing how Masaru Satoh, one of film's greatest composers has been all but forgotten. I just got back from a two-week trip to Tokyo, and was only able to find a 7" single of his music in the Used Vinyl section. Of all the record and CD shops I went to, none carried anything.

I have not forgotten Masaru Satoh... he will live on in my heart.
i wish some of his work would be put out in high resolution recordings.

Masaru Sato was wonderful!!! He was a huge Henry Mancini fan, too. My favorite was his score for "The H-man" (Bijo to ekitai ningen)

it's a shame Sato is so neglected, he did some really cool dissonant jazz stuff, and made some of the funner Godzilla songs.
so much of his stuff is hard to find.
