Can someone remind me what Frank's apologizing for? Why all the sandwiches?

I bet Bayliss would eat them all....(it would take him a week or so)

Frank was in charge of buying everybody different sandwiches from the deli, but he "accidentally" forgot Bayliss's grilled cheese (then he called it a "white boy" sandwich" and didn't have change for the money Bayliss gave to him). Throughout the episode Bayliss taunted Frank on how awesome a grilled cheese sandwich was, bought donuts for the squad but didn't give Frank one, and more. Frank finally "apologized" by doing this.

If my memory serves me right Howard was all the way across the room from her partner. Seeing as this was likely the most realistic cop show ever made maybe thats a more realistic set up.

Well, her and Beau's desks were right across from each other at first, but when she ended up in the hospital the set up changed, and she liked the set up when she came back (said something about it giving her good luck).
