great selection of ads.i always remember our asea washing machine.we had it for years built like a tank!never seen the ridgeways ad.the factory used to be opposite my house but its been knocked down now.thanks for posting.

@themachman19691 The Swedish building is still there but used for another purpose :). The company still exists but only in a small way unlike back in 1986. They wee bought out in 1988.

Good adverts there from October 1986 including the Natwest one with the planes that close to my heart. I seem to remember the advert about this and people pressing 'the button' that represents help and advice. What type of planes were they in that advert?
