Ya when I very first got braces but it was just on my top 4 teeth and then I got them off it felt slimy and weird and then now I have braces on all my teeth and I got them on in April last year 2011 and I hopefully get them off in april or June it just depends if I wear my bands and idk I liked the molds because it felt weird but cool!!!! :)

@popularpoptart I just got mine yesterday morning. Everyone says it takes 2 hours to put them on, but generic braces took only about 45 minutes for me. They even cleaned my teeth for me! They'll hook you up to a suction tube so that you don't feel anything, but you aren't numb. Best advice to you: eat right afterward before they start hurting! The tension from the wires will make you slightly sore by nighttime that day. Today I was slightly more sore & had pudding for lunch! Mostly for me, they

@Ninalovesrainbows123 don't worry. They don't hurt AT ALL when they put them on, it will just feel a bit weird, having things touch your lip constantly. After 3 or so hours though, they hurt a bit. Drink cold things like smoothies to stay hydrated. That pain will stop within a matter of days probably. It will be worth it once you have straight teeth! :)

tbh... i don't think braces are bad at all!!!! I nearlly fell asleep when they were putting them on my teeth for the first time! Like the next day, they killed like hell;) Might be a bit off putting to anyone who is getting braces soon... but they do! Then after like 4-6 days they stop hurting and you can eat propper foood again:):) Just when the wire digs into yourr gumm that is when it is very annoying and it hurts:/ But apart from that i have no problems with themmm:)
