You can kill Divayth Fyr or collect the pieces from all over Morrowind (I guess only Divayth has some of them though) but in this vid he's bounded them, I guess.
@Oderi112 you dont have to kill him to get it... just make an ebony staff that has cast on strike Disintegrate armor and use it till his armor breaks... then punch him to the ground and cast a calm humanoid... then pickpocket.. its urs... you just have to repair it :)
I think the Khajiit i sold them to skipped town, back to his homeland of Elsweyr ... maybe i can get them back when the next installment of the Elder Scrolls comes out. Until then, i will retire from the land of Morrowind. GTA4 calls ...
