a motion to surpress is the best way to go after you dig up all the records. i helped a friend get out of a dui by being able to prove the cop ran his tags 2 hours before he was stopped. he proved the cop lied about the reason for the stop with the info. the judge found the stop unreasonable and had to dismiss the charge. don't hire a lawyer they are in with the state you do better on your own.

if they continue to harrass you next time you are cited take it to court and ask for the computer records concerning your stop through a motion to discover. get radio trans. too. you will then be able to prove you are being harrassed. until then try to drive a relatives car and keep low your tags are probaly hot.
