@Ticklemehballlz I can speak on this, as I've just installed this cooler on both of my 2GB 5870 Eyefinity 6 cards. You will need 2-slot clearance in between both PCI-E slots, and you will need to dremel the RAM sinks down on the second card (the sinks that go on the back). I will post a video of my current setup on my page, just click my name in a couple days and the video will be up

@cfgauss : I'm assuming you mean the large black panel? If so, no - the screws used on this fasten into the stock cooler.

@Mdot1982 For this particular card, with it being the ATI HD5870 it's already dual slot, so the Twin Turbo Pro takes another slot as well - so you are looking at 3 slots in total.
