@thermalmaximum huh. maybe later if i ever use this thing again. wanna buy it? i made this about an hour after getting the thing in the mail. you have to keep in mind though that not all reverbs and stuff are created equal! or else we could all just get 50 dollar behringer boxes and call it a day. (:
@squeakyfromme69 You never got into it, huh? It does look tedious to program. I just got one used for almost 1/4 of the "new" price or I might take you up on the offer. I guess I'll just have to make my own Chaos Generator demo. You're right on the reverbs, of course, I was just saying that I've heard some crazy stuff coming out of the Fireworx.
@thermalmaximum well of course i got crazy stuff out of it. just didn't bother to post any more vids. all the effects are solid. midi implementation is great.
i have some issues with it though:: i was *quite* disapointed by the lack of an ability to modulate delay lengths! and putting effects in feedback paths was tricky because of instability. and i never could get a fb path around the reverse delay.. lemme know if you have any hints about those.
How did you design that second voice that kicks in at 50 seconds? Also, is the first voice a high pulse width square wave combined with a sine or something?
@lerikhkl uh, the voice from the matrix never changes, i just changed the octave range up on the kb when i pushed that button around 49 or so. at 1:30 you can hear the waveform dry. the matrix doesn't do sine, so i know there's none of that... sounds to me like there was some saw in there. sorry i'm not helping much
i want to get one of these for live vocals so bad

Where's the Chaos Generator demo!? Almost every FX box can do reverb and stuff.

@MAMware it was pretty much straight from the tc to the audio card

Nice little demo. Sure adds a lot of juice there.

@aspidistral juice!! i still find myself using software effects about 90 percent of the time though.
