I was 10 and god I hated Piper. He was the best at getting heat. I love Piper now but back then I wanted Hogan to kill him lol...This really brought back memories: Rock n' Wrestling; Saturday Night's Main Event; Saturday morning wrestling...god I miss the 80's. The wrestlers today have zero presence. Just a bunch of acrobats at best. A couple guys like Triple H are ok but for the most part they all suck.

I remember those days, although I obviously didn't watch enough: I missed when Lou Albano and Cyndi Lauper mended fences in their WWF involvemen. Of course that was a little confusing since they were copacetic in her videos, but playing enemies in the WWF.

@fgldnglbs Actually that is well documented in the MTV "history of the rock n wrestling connection" special that aired the night before Mania. They show Lou crashing the set of "She Bop" demanding a part. He was screaming at the stage manager that he had an oral contract with Cyndi that he was to appear in any video she made. Lauper, Wolff, and a certain set "security" guard got into it before Lauper finally agreed to give Lou a roll, and put him in hair rollers.

@fgldnglbs The segment was classic for two moments. When Lou and the security guard got into it Albano started shouting, "Don't get to near me or I'll kick your fuckin ass" and they aired the bad words. lol I'll post it this week. It's a classic for sure. Pretty rare footage.
