I don't get what you're asking. If you mean, do i encode as is in, change the videos dimensions and format, then yes. I use Movie Maker to change the format and the dimensions. That way, the sound doesn't lag.
No, I meant changing/editting the format (not only extension) of both video and audio and putting them together, but its way much better if I don't have to do that.
Blah Shadow looks so cheap. Totally throws off the balance of the sonic 1 game.

I use a special version of Gens, it allows you to record the game and save as either .gmv or .avi.

you use gens9z_20070209. i'm not sure what kind of emulator that is. i have regular gens. i'm not sure if it could record videos of gameplay
