Drinking Long Island Iced Teas' or some other bizarre drink that I thought made me look sophisticated and cool, but could barely afford... Such an exciting time for music just as the rave era was morphing into more main stream house / dance. Hope you still have all your tunes...

Hi Dizzy, yes stil got all the anthems !!! I'm recording them to tranfer to mp3 format. If you drive and fancy somewere different then Stu Allan will be at Birkenhead Sat 30 Jul at the QT bar playing all the anthems (Other DJ's on the night).

JKF's was an odd venue, long and narrow and the dance floor right at the far end of the bar !!! Would love to play in Manchester again all them big anthems, but I don't know the area at all anymore.

I remember coming to stay at my brothers and it was July 4th, 1991, IndepenDANCE day on KISS 100. Cola boy were playing live. I got it on a tape somewhere. Ragga Twins were there. Me and my brother were in his flat avin it. And then, they played Charlie by the Prodigy. Not Cola Boy but KISS. Steve Jackson was presenting, I think. Great night.
