Get a Black's Law Dictionary and research "Label.' Remember the old 1040A forms and instructions booklets they use to mail to us every year. It always prompted you to 'affix LABEL to return.
Once you realize that there's an "Evil Twin" as Alfred Adask reported years ago in his Anti Shyster Magazine. You need to recognize that YOU'RE NAME Never appears on any of the paper work. That they are wanting a "person" (again see: Black's) to answer or comply to something.
