Also you could do this with water. But water's lower electrical resistance than shampoo (I think--depends on how many electrolytes are in the shampoo ;)) means that there will be a higher current flow, so two additional possibilities occur: the whole thing may just light on fire, or the circuit breaker will trip.

He killed the PSU within the first milliseconds of the shampoo hitting the back of the transient filter PCB. You can see that after that all the pops are coming from the part of that PCB right where the AC cord comes in. So all he's really doing is shorting the AC mains.

the powersupply in this is redundant - you could have just striped back the insulation on the lead and squirted the shampoo. unless you short some wires on the 20/24 pin connector and have a load on the PSU it will just turn itself off.

Just my 2 cents but IMO the weirdest in power distribution is that, 3-phase goes up until the houses, then, since most appliances do not use all 3 phases directly, oh hell who needs all three! I mean, c'mon! Even if it's a DC appliance, like a computer, just 2 more diodes into its PSU (6 instead 4) to make it work on 3 phases! It's not like a lot of money.

looks like you didn't even bother to jump the supply on, just take the main power connector and shim a paperclip into the green power on lead and connect it to any black lead, which is the -12v/ground. That would have been more interesting then seeing it short across the 120v mains input.
