You already said the advantages for the PS3, but the Xbox online service is just generally a lot better, and a lot of people also prefer the controllers, but that's personal preference. Just don't be bias about it. And if you prefer PS3, then why would you even care if someone said they prefer Xbox?

I have both and i have something to say: Xbox 360 and PS3 have good and bad things towards each other. Xbox 360: Achievements Music (all games) Online chat Multiplayer Better Design Avatars Usernames PS3: Trophies Online Music (certain games) Average Design User Pictures Word Shortcuts I have many differences but that is all i could think of. I have both so I don't really care. Though, my brother mostly plays PS3 while me, the Xbox 360

ps3 is better,without a doubt.it has a better/faster CPU,better Motherboard,better hardrive,and can have better games because of blue ray,take gta 4 for example the world is so small because they had to choose between having a big world or good graphics because the xbox cd couldnt handle both(but the ps3's blue ray cd could).but for the online network,xbl and psn are the exact same (it has been proven) except psn is free :)

@rhys0065 cpu has to be better because graphics core aint fast enough to keep up with blu ray! graphics are more powerful on xbox because on dvds the textures have to be compressed to fit on the disc the xbox decompresses the textures in real time so the gpu is under more load and the graphics STILL look way better. and the anti alaising is SO much better on xbox. better motherboard? the xbox gpu has more pipelines which means better shaders.

Online: PS3 has free online but has a much worse social network system. You can't even chat if you are playing different games, and I don't see much purpose in playing without chatting with your friends. Also, the PS3 is a lot more laggy. However a huge factor is the fact that the PS3 has such a weak security system. It is complete shit how for a whole month, one man who still hasn't been caught had complete access to all of our accounts, which means many of our credit card numbers.

Ok guys I have both, and I am fairly wealthy so I decided to do a little play test on both consoles, here are my results:

Fifa 12: Xbox is faster and has a much larger amount of people playing it, whereas the PS3 had more slow and laggy games and a much smaller population.

MW3: The same

Exclusives: When it comes to the exclusives, Halo beats any PS3 exclusive. Killzone was ok, but not nearly as fun as Halo Reach. And if you actually do your research you will find that Halo got better ratings.
